At The Kiff Kitchen, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Note: Due to the nature of food and wellness products, we may not accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
